    No power indicator so you dont know if your fully charged or empty. Also, water holder is impossible to clean. Works reliably.

      Hello Guitar1 - We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with the product. This model does not come with an indicator light. We recommend charging the unit for 8-10 hours after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. The water reservoir is removable for easy cleaning and is top-rack dishwasher safe.     We really like Waterpik flossers, we have one for each of us. So we got this cordless model for travel but it is SUPER WEAK. It's more like swishing your mouth with water, yet the reservoir runs out very quickly. Total waste of money.

      We're sorry you are unhappy with the Cordless Plus model. Although this model does not have the same pressure as our counter tops models, it is not any less effective. This model is designed small as it is intended more for travel and/or for those that have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once.     Bought for my son with braces. Bought multiple tips so we could each use one. After only a few uses, one of the tips broke off and now won't come out so it isn't usable any longer

    The cordless waterpik is awkward to hold and maneuver. You have to keep filling it with water to complete cleaning your teeth. I don't know why anyone would want this. I returned it and bought the plug-in model which works great.

    Meh. This thing is cheap for a reason. It's super meh. Like, it works, but so meh. I should've spent more. You live and you learn.

    It is good for a battery operated Waterpik. I had to return the one I bought for my husband twice so the don’t always last so buy the extended warranty.
