She wants me to return it though. She feels it doesn't work the way she thought it would. When using the product she can't see what she is cleaning because it's too large and bulky. It doesn't seem to clean as good as advertised either. Only owning it a month it seems to be made ok. Make sure you really understand how this product works and what you want to use it for before you buy.

I bought this because my previous plug in water floss broke thinking it would perform the same. It doesn't. Wish I could return this piece of trash.

Messy cleaner

Water splashes everwhere, snd we so not for sure know if it is cleaning our teeth. I would rather go with manual flosser than using this one.

Painful

I spoke with my dentist and he said your supposed to put in mouth and close so it's not messy and run it along gums. No way. Pressure is too strong for an adult with good gums and teeth. And if you open your mouth while spraying, water everywhere!
