Broke after 2 months

Then for whatever reason, the pressure was cut down more than have from the “motor.” Do not recommend this product. For the price I paid, i would’ve gone with Philippe Sonicare.

Didn’t last

It constantly needs to be charged & it didn’t last long. It stopped working properly after about a month or so.

If the Water Flosser is used once a day or less, it is recommended to be charged once a week, overnight. If used twice a day or more, charge the unit more frequently. Typically an overnight charge is sufficient to fully charge the unit. The model does come with a two-year warranty. We would be happy to look into a possible claim for you.
