It constantly needs to be charged & it didn’t last long. It stopped working properly after about a month or so.

Posted .Hello tamia0 - We are sorry that this has been your experience with the Cordless Plus model. If the Water Flosser is used once a day or less, it is recommended to be charged once a week, overnight. If used twice a day or more, charge the unit more frequently. Typically an overnight charge is sufficient to fully charge the unit. The model does come with a two-year warranty. We would be happy to look into a possible claim for you. Weak water pressure & broke after a few uses

Unfortunately it’s just a bit less than two weeks past the return period. The water pressue was always poor but now it doesn’t work at all

Posted .We are sorry to hear this happened! The Cordless Plus unit features two pressure settings that range from 45-72 PSI. Although it does not have as quite as much pressure as our counter top models, it does not make it any less effective. This unit carries a two-year warranty. Bad choice for me.

Collects mold

After only 4 months a using this water flosser I had seen that mold was growing on the bottom ( outside bottom) of the water flosser mind you I would rinse it out after each use. I cleaned it 1month later same thing happened not only that but it started to collect this pink color in the crevices of the front. After that I was done, grossed me out. Wouldn’t buy it again!
