Do not buy

No indication of when needs to be charged or when done charging. Leaks when using. Only slightly good thing is it’s easier to clean than most handheld water Flossers.

Posted .Hello Kris - We are sorry you are not satisfied and that the unit is leaking. This light does not indicate the charge of the unit but does show that the charger is getting power. We recommend that you charge it overnight (8-10 hours) after every 6-8 reservoirs of water. As for the leaking, we'd like to help. Please call 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com. Leaked everywhere

Gimmicky

Posted .We're sorry that you found it difficult to clean. To prevent build up, we recommend removing and cleaning the reservoir weekly. You can use a small bottle brush if you like. The pump made the usual sound but no water came out. I returned it to a local BB and bought a replacement at the store. It did the same thing half way through the first use. It goes back tomorrow.

removes the floss
