I contacted the warrant department and they told me it’s to be excepted due to gravity. Sounds more like a problem with the seal… I would not buy again.

It doesn’t work that great at all

Don’t waste your money!

I previously had a Phillips air floss which I was very happy with. It finally broke after years of use. I decided to try Waterpik instead primarily based on the name and great price. I recommend spending more and getting a better product.
