not as good as the previous model i had. It may be just my perception, but the water pulses dont seem as powerfull as the previous model I had. Still does the job.

I wanted this as a travel water pik as I'd seen it advertised elsewhere on the internet. This this is huge for any luggage. Also has to be in a checked bag. Unlike most of the other models this has only two settings painful , and oh my god are my gums are my gums being shredded. This is getting returned when I get home. Next time I'll just box up my regular water pik and ship it to the hotel I'm staying at this thing is bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Nicely portable, but not enough power

I purchased this item to use when I travel. I used it for about 8 trips and finally decided it just didn't have enough power to satisfy me (and be comparable to my home Waterpik). I also thought it unlikely that I would be satisfied with a battery-powered device. I searched and found the WP-300 Traveler™ Water Flosser. This is a corded model which is compact and easy to pack. I have used this sucessfully for ten trips and still very happy with it.

I received the 1st one as a gift, but it stopped working 7 months in. I remember the beige water pik my parents used in the late 60’s, so I was set on having a really well made product and bought one (my 2nd) and it worked great until I charged it one night the same way I always had, and without any issue the day before, it was dead. I decided that it must be a fluke and bought another one last August and of course, it’s now just out of warranty and did the very same thing last night!!! I hate this product’s very short lifespan. *It’s not worth the price.

Leaks

Hard plastic reservoir develops leaks. Admit to drop in sink but who hasn't done that. Panasonics version has soft plastic reservoir so more forgiving
How bout it Waterpik, can I have a new reservoir ?
