I hate flossing because I find it very painful. This makes it a breeze! It's a bit messy until you get the hang of it, but I recommend staying with it. My dental checkups have been so much better since using this twice a day. Highly recommend!

Comes with four tips three of which are different and they seem to work well. Not as powerful as I expected but this is the first waterpik I ever used so I did not know what to expect. Rating is based on this being a cordless unit which I do expect to be less powerful then a corded one.

Perfect and easy to use

Too powerful for sensitive teeth

The stream was too powerful for my sensitive teeth. I could not adjust for this and returned it with no problem. I liked the size, build quality, and the portability. I wished my teeth could take the pressure. Highly recommend for those not bothered by sensitive teeth.

But, this cordless model is easy/convenient to use, even though the water tank isn't very large. Further comments will have to wait while I get used to the device -- though this is not a reflection on the model.

Does a good job flossing

I liked the push button to start and stop the flow of water. This brand has a button and once it is turned on it continues to spray the water until you push the off button. I feel like I have less control. However it has kept on working unlike the other brand

First Time Purchase

I didn't want to spend a large amount of money on a product I wasn't really familiar with and didn't know how it would work out. So far the device has worked well. I wish this brand had more than two options with reference to the speed/pressure of the water. The 4 tips have proven to be beneficial and the waterpik works great when you can't or don't want to use traditional dental floss.
