Hello- Thank you for your feedback. It's designed to be compact for travel and small spaces, so some users may need to refill the reservoir. If refilling is difficult, we suggest a countertop model. While the pressure isn't as high as our countertop models, it's still effective. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. For more info, please email us at [email protected] or call 1-800-525-2774.

I purchased 2 water picks. My granddaughters have braces and were telling me how much they hated getting food stuck around them. Let me just say tbey ABSOLUTELY LOVE their water piks. My granddaughter said her mouth feels so much cleaner!

This items tank quickly depletes water. You must work fast to thoroughly floss your teeth so you need practice and skill. It can be messy at first until you master the technique to use waterpik correctly. Battery life is ok. Pressure of water on gums was fine for me. Better than dental floss in my opinion.

Good quality. But wish I had bought larger version that held me water. Good for traveling

I have both this version and the original that you plug into the wall. I purchased the plug in version a few years ago and loved it but have since moved. Our current bathroom is not as big as our old one. With limited counter space, it became a hassle to set it up everyday. The new watering works just as well And portable enough that I can charge it in a different room and not have to keep setting it up. Definitely recommend!

It stays charged for a long time. It is easy to put together. Directions for the product are easy to follow.

When you're traveling, floss is much more portable. After 8 months the waterpik no longer turns on. And I noticed as time went on, the stream got weaker and weaker, even on a full charge. Do yourself a favor and just get a normal waterpik.
Hello Reviewer - We are sorry to hear this happened. The Cordless Plus does come with a two-year warranty and does require maintenance to keep the unit working at its best. It could just need the jet tip replaced, or the unit may need to be cleaned. Here is a link to our cleaning blog that has detailed instructions. https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/product-support/articles/how-to-clean-waterpik-water-flosser-vinegar/ If this does not fix the issue, please let us know! Please email us at [email protected] or call us at (800) 525-2774 and we would be happy to help.

I never had one before so I have nothing to compare it to. It is convenient and easy to use. Took a week to get in routine and to learn to use it. You have to learn how to use it without spitting water everywhere. I recommend for small spaces or just save room

The cordless waterpik is nice and easy to use with two settings of low and high. It is easy to fill, operate and has four different attachments. The device can be a bit bulky in smaller hand and somewhat ackward to use at first, but one will get used to it after a few operations. Overall for the money this is a good buy.

Like the portability of this WaterPik. Just wish there was an option for more pressure

After 20 years I needed a new Waterpik. I love them and are great to use. Recommended by my dentist years ago. It works great and has several ends to use for whatever your choice is for your teeth.

My wife recently got braces and our dentist recommended this to help keep them clean. It has worked great. My wife loves it.

I found out that I need to use this then the string floss. The device is good at getting big things out. When I do the string floss, the teeth are all clear. It helps with items between your teeth that have trouble coming out with the string floss. I like that it has a color. You probably will have to fill the it a couple of times. The charger works well.

Better than brushing alone, but not as good

Better than brushing alone, but not as good as a regular waterpik. I would guess that the High setting is equivalent to a 4 on the sink top unit. In a pinch, it works great and as intended. Tip storage would have been nice...
