The item itself works just fine; it was a replacement for previous one that broke when it was accidentally dropped and broke. The previous one I owned was well over a year old.

Posted .I am sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the Cordless Plus. Please note this is not a shower-safe model. The pressure for this model is not as powerful as our counter top models, however; this does not make it any less effective. It sounds like our how-to video may be of some help. It explains how to use the product without making a mess.
