A Product Definitely for Return

Runs out of water without a full mouth cleaning! Takes forever to charge, which in my case had to be done immediately after use!!!!!! Also, very clumsy design. Maybe the 2023 manufacture date on the box should have told me something. Definitely returned.

Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. If this is an inconvenience, we recommend a counter top model. However, we appreciate your feedback and will pass it on.

Has Changed My Life (at least dentally)

I use it after I brush my teeth every time, and about half the time, before I brush, too. So far, the only drawback is the reservoir runs out too soon. Should have gotten a bigger one, not the portable one. Anyway, I really believe my teeth and gums are better off, and I can't wait for my next dental appointment.

You have to hold it straight up in order for it to work. I knew this from previous reviews so it wasn't a surprise. I bought this for the purpose of travel and as a back up unit.
