    Got this at the insistence of my dental hygienist. I really enjoy it. I use it after I brush my teeth every time, and about half the time, before I brush, too. So far, the only drawback is the reservoir runs out too soon. Should have gotten a bigger one, not the portable one. Anyway, I really believe my teeth and gums are better off, and I can't wait for my next dental appointment.
