    Water stream of 45 seconds means you will have to refill at least once. Also, stream is not that strong, so will not dislodge a lot of particles Brush does not work all that well. I have owned the big one and this one. Thought I wanted, but stream needs to be stronger

      Hello LilMiss- Thanks for the review! Be sure to have your daughter try the OD-100E Orthodontic tip. It removes hard-to-reach plaque around orthodontic brackets and wires which helps clean around braces.

    I had to adjust to holding the water pick it's different than old style piks you need to hold the complete device not just pik. My first try I squirted water on mirror. I can now use it more freely there are two speeds and I choose to put warm water in because my teeth are sensitive. It clearly removes food in between teeth.
