Although our cordless models do not have a pressure setting quite as strong as our counter top models, it does not make any less effective. The device has two settings, and it cleans my teeth and gets into the deeper pockets in my gums. I highly recommend this item!

Ok, but water stream not long enough or strong

Also, stream is not that strong, so will not dislodge a lot of particles Brush does not work all that well. I have owned the big one and this one. Thought I wanted, but stream needs to be stronger
