Why I Bought It This is my first water flosser, and I picked it for its cordless design, and real-world practicality. I have limited dexterity, so flossing with picks was inefficient. The ION flosser gives me the control and consistency I needed. I did my own research—so far, I’ve had great results. Setup & Ease of Use Setup is simple and refreshingly low-tech. No app, no syncing—just a power button and a pressure knob. The reservoir is easy to fill and clean, and I’ve created a daily habit: • First cycle with mouthwash mixed in the water in the reservoir • Brush with toothpaste using OralB iO10 • Final rinse with water to clear the system and clear of anything that may have been missed Performance & Daily Use I use it four times a day. It’s powerful—especially at max setting—and does a solid job removing food and plaque. I noticed improvements in gum health and less inflammation without bleeding. You get used to the pressure and spray quickly. The results speak louder than the tech. Battery, Charging & Portability The magnetic charger is slick and secure, and it comfortably lasts through multiple daily uses. I dock it at night and it’s always ready. I’ve traveled with it—it’s not compact, but if oral hygiene is a priority, the bulk is worth it. Design, Build & Suggested Improvements Build quality is solid, though the all-plastic design could be improved. I’d love a version with: • Stainless steel housing • UV sanitation • Integrated countdown timer (like Oral-B iO10) Also, as shown in my photos, the water line from the base to the flosser handle looks replaceable. Waterpik should sell a 12-pack of hygienic, recyclable tubing—$60/year would be fair. Keeping the line clean matters for hygiene-focused users like me. Final Thoughts This flosser isn’t flashy—it’s just effective, consistent, and straightforward. With minor upgrades, Waterpik could easily justify a premium version, but this model already works great. I’d recommend it to anyone, especially those with sensitive gums, dexterity issues, or braces. Just start on the lowest pressure and work your way up.

It works the way it should, my mouth feels great after using it, and it's pretty compact for a couner top model, although you want to make sure the counter you use is flat. 4 stars because it's loud and feels a bit flimsy. I'm not sure how long it will last.

Excellent design. Compact, occupies less space than earlier models. Holds charge for at least 4 weeks. Good selection of flossing tips. Like the timing alert- similar to electric toothbrush. Two power switches- one for whole device, and one that controls the flosser; latter is right on the flosser handle. Like the magnetic grip for the flosser handle. Recommend this!!

Exactly what I need and expected. I did my research regarding quality, size and function and this met the marks. The rechargeable feature is priceless in not having a cord on the sink and the compact size is perfect. Have only charged it once in four weeks

I had some deep abscesses and was referred to a periodontist. In the meantime, was told to get a water pik. I chose this one since it was battery operated, and it could travel with me with no problems. I was going on a trip out of the country and did not want to have to deal with plugs. The water pik has worked perfectly. My abscesses are now gone. The machine works flawlessly. The battery life is great. The only complaint I have is that it is easy to accidentally power on the unit, especially when it is packed in luggage. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to have a great device and no cords.

I LOVE it!! It is small, well-designed, very practical, works on battery for 4 weeks before charching, USB charging, many water jet levels, the handle attaches magnetically, cord rolls in place automatically. Just love it! I should have purchased it a long time ago! A little loud when in use, but no big deal! Did I say I LOVE it? Love it!

Replaced an aging Aquarius flosser with this model. It's smaller, cordless, easier to clean, easier to use, less messy and effective. In my experience, water flossing provides a superior clean to dental floss. Online purchasing from Best Buy was a 10 out of 10. No complaints.

It’s great super portable. I love the compact size. If you are concerned about your teeth. My mouth feels fresh and clean. Only con is that it doesn’t come with a wall plug. A bit loud but who cares. As long as your teeth are clean.

This one provides a variety of settings for sensitive teeth. This is a great water pick. It's my first one and I highly recommend it. There is no need to buy expensive unless you plan to use it for a family. This is perfect for a single person. It cleans very well and for the price, you can't beat it.

I bought this Waterpik flosser after my dental hygienist recommended I add water flossing to my nightly routine. This model was recommended by the NY Times and I am very happy with it! It is compact, easy and pleasant to use. The charge has lasted 2 weeks so far, and I appreciate being able to adjust the pressure, and the magnetic holder.

Great Product. Very powerful for a small unit. The wireless function is great so it is portable. Battery last a long time between charges.

This Waterpik is a bit noisy, but does a great job in removing food particles and plaque. We love the fact that the water pressure can be adjusted through 10 different settings. My wife and I are able to use the unit every morning for a week before a charge is needed.

My new WaterPik has been a wonderful and worthwhile investment! My teeth have never felt so clean. This brand also allows you to add mouthwash or other liquid dental products to the water chamber. That's not possible with other brands.

I bought this as a gift for my brother, who is a bit of a nerd... it took him two months to use it the first time, but this guy is HOOKED. I think I'm going to get one too.

The Waterpik ION Cordless Countertop Flosser is… all right. It does the job, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best thing out there. The pressure is solid and my teeth feel clean after using it, so no complaints there. But for something at this price point, I expected a bit more in terms of build quality or user experience. The cordless design is nice, but the unit is a bit bulkier than I imagined, and the water tank feels kind of awkward to refill. Battery life is decent and it does hold a charge for a while, which is a plus. But I wouldn’t call it life-changing or essential—it’s just a good, average water flosser. If you find it on sale, it’s worth trying. Otherwise, it’s fine!
