      Hello PGMPMJ- Thanks for the review! Be sure to have your son try the OD-100E Orthodontic tip. It removes hard-to-reach plaque around orthodontic brackets and wires which helps clean around braces. Happy water flossing!

    I don't know why I never bought a Waterpik. I think I would have WAY more healthy teeth if I did. This thing is AWESOME!

    Purchase in June now in August it’s not working! I thought it just needed to be changed, so I charged overnight and it works for a few minutes and stops .

To address this, please use a Q-tip dipped in white vinegar to clean and dry both contacts, and then attempt to recharge the unit.     The unit worked pretty good until a week ago. And it's right after I'm not able to return it. Doesn't charge basically now I just have a thing that sits on the counter that does nothing. Warning I would check where this came from. I have one that work fine for at least 2 years. This one only lasted a couple months

    My Water Flosser leaked where the Tip hooks to the other part so I only used it once. We’ll have to return it and I even paid for a Protection Plan or something that cost $15 dollars and change too.
