The sales person assisted me to obtain the replacement heads for this unit. I was pleased with how quickly I received the package however, this item does not fit the model I have.

WaterPik is woefully inadequate when it comes to replacing these brush heads. A pliers is needed to forcibly remove the old head when replacing WaterPik toothbrush heads. WaterPik replacement head packages are inadequately marked. This makes it very difficult to identify the proper replacement heads when shopping. WaterPik replacement heads are very difficult to locate when retail shopping at Walmart, Walgreen, and other convenient retailers. I like shopping at Best Buy, but I shouldn't need to drive that far to replace a toothbrush head.

Posted .We are sorry that you are not completely happy with the product. If the toothbrush head is removed and rinsed after each use, as recommended, it will allow for the easy removal of the toothbrush head. The correct part numbers for the replacement brush heads are listed in the units instruction manual and also on the packaging of the parts themselves.
