Nice, but messy to use.

Does not replace floss and picks

I have been using this water flosser for a week now but it fails to clean out the hardier/stickier stuff which a pick does great at cleaning. I will say that it is great at reaching all the way back behind the molars but I would recommend using regular floss and picks as well.

Great alternative to floss

If you've never used one before you may take a couple tries to not dribble water everywhere. I like how there's various pressure settings so I don't injure my gums but it's strong enough to get bits of food between my teeth.
