    It shakes when I turn it on, probably because of the surface and it is a bit more noisey than expected and they say do not run more than 5 minutes but the machine doesn't hold a whole lot of water anyhow. This is not how I remember the one I had when I was so much younger. I just started using this so take all what I say into consideration.

    I was using a portable (i.e., battery operated) water pick and this one is just far, far superior. It is what I need to keep debris out from between my teeth. Love it.

    I'm a regular flosser and ultrasonic toothbrush user and I'd always wanted to try the Waterpik-type product. The price was right so I jumped. My initial take is that it works more or less but you will end up splashing water all over your bathroom until you practice enough to do an effective cleaning job. I'm not quite there yet so for me, it is not a better option than flossing right now.

    My dental hygienist reccomended a water pic for flossing. I was hesitant at first but after the 1st use I am a beliver that this product can clean my gum line and keep them healthy. I only wish the reservoir was a larger capacity.

    This is our second one of these waterpik's...we wore the fist one out. Great product and the dentist loves how well my gums are and replaces the twice a day flossing...mostly.
