Posted .Hello FedaV - It is normal for the Waterpik Water Flosser to produce audible motor sounds and some vibration. We are sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with this model and found it messy to use. Perhaps our how-to video would be helpful. It has great tips on how to prevent a mess. Overall this is a very good product

Overall they are a good product. But nothing last forever as you know. I see now that they’re offering a replacement part for the part of the WaterPik that always wears out first the little holes so that’s good news

Good for braces. Mediocre for flossing

It's pretty loud and the water reservoir doesn't last very long if you turn up the water pressure above the minimum setting.

Made a difference in check ups

Doesn't take up much counter space and comes in several different colors. I'd much rather spend the money on this personal appliance than pay for a high dental bill.
