    I do really like the product. I will say that it sells itself on all the attachments but some of them aren't really helpful at all. I've had it for a few months and just use the main one.

    I bought online a water pik, and of course this should be brand new, what I received was an old water pik that I can tell you it has months of use and I got it with the price of “Brand New”, the item was disgusting dirty and in bad condition. I returned to the store but I think that was the worst experience for me trying to buy something online, I couldn’t believe that best Buy could make this kind of mistakes. The funny thing is the box of the waterpik was perfect, like brand new.

    The waterpik leaks at the hose. I will be bringing it back. I bought that one for my daughter. Now I have one identical and its great... So the product is a good one, I just got unlucky with a defective one.. :(
