You can adjust the pressure gradually as your gums become stronger. It is not necessarily a goal to use the product at the highest setting; however, our products are tested at number seven. Great, but only if want to use it for a month.

Unfortunately, after using it once/twice daily for just barely over a month it completely stopped working for no reason whatsoever. Did love it while it worked, but what a waste of money for only a month of use.

I’m trying to get a replacement and hopes that’s an easy process but clearly they “waterpik” know it’s an issue because they newer ones have a switch button versus press button.
