Product only has one issue ... and that is the little rubber gasket where the water goes through on the bottom of the plastic container that holds the water doesn't last too long. After using it for 3 months, it started to leak when taking it out of the unit and filling it up with water. Not too big an issue since it's just being placed back in the unit when using it. And those gaskets can be purchased separately when one starts to fail / leak. Other than that, it works great and would definitely recommend this product. Thanks Best Buy!!!

This my first water pick after spending 5grand to try teeth fixed. At the age of 43 it was time to take better care of my teeth. I wish I could of gotten this this earlier. It is just great great great my suggestions is take care of your teeth from like when your a child and buy one of these I think every person should have 1

very satisfied with my water pick it helps me clean food particle from between my teeth much better than just brushing.

I'll never go back to manual flossing. Even on a half setting you can see the the built up food draining down into the sink. Definitely read the instructions as it takes a little getting used to without making a big mess. It's a pretty loud machine but if you can get passed that then it's worth it.

This is a second Water Pik for our house as the hand held one we had finally needed a replacement battery. This one runs off 110v so there is no need to worry about batteries. It has multiple nozzles and works great. Unless your teeth are so close together that flossing is your only option to unwedge toothpick fibers or bone, then this will do the trick. Just wish it was heated.

I have always relied on waterpiks to keep my gums healthy. My previous model broke, which I've had for 5 years. I replaced it with this model and was surprised that it was much more efficient at cleaning than my previous one. If you don't like flossing, I recommend getting this model in a heartbeat. My dentist praises me for how I take care of my teeth and it's thanks to this little product combined with a sonicare toothbrush.

Great product at a great price. Easy to use. Easy to clean

This product cleans my teeth above what brushing and flossing can do. It holds enough water in the tank for me to complete flossing and I have even added some Listerine to the tank with the water. The tubing is also long enough because you have to bend over the sink anyway to use it properly and avoid getting water everywhere. Certainly anyone who has difficulty flossing due to tight spaces between back teeth, like I do, should try it.

This does a good job cleaning your teeth but it will splash everything around it and you will get wet. It is also loud. Tips can break easily.

My dentist recommended i get one of these. At first they are a little messy but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use and worth it.

Overall, I like my new Waterpik - Ultra Water Flosser. Although this product is not meant to replace the actual floss, it does a good job of cleaning between your teeth, around the gum line, and under the bridges. The reason for four stars is that after using it for about 7-9 months when you pick up a clear plastic water reservoir, water leaks all over the place, which wasn't happening in the beginning. It doesn't affect performance, but you must keep it clean and dry for bacteria not to grow.

As someone with braces this thing has done the best job in terms of flossing. The ease of use is amazing and I’m very happy with my purchase. Anytime I travel now I have to bring this with me because it’s just that great. If you want better dental hygiene please get this and don’t look back

I had two dentist appointments within two weeks of each other, after the first one my dentist recommended I look into the waterpik due to my gingivitis. After less than two weeks of using the waterpik I went in for my second appointment and my dentist said my gums had already almost entirely healed. Amazing product, much easier than flossing as well as a better outcome.

Excellent for cleaning but still need to floss. I recommend buying.

this was my first water pik. i thought i could start out with the power dialed up to 10 and i was wrong. it really pulses the water hard and if your gums are not quite ready the 10 is way too much. after a few uses i seem to be comfortable around a 7/8. the pick gets anything out of my teeth the same as using floss. i use the pick once a day at night before bed. overall i am pleased with the purchase. i have not yet been to the dentist to see if it is really getting any plaque but it sure feels like it.

I love this product, I have a permanent retainer across the back of my bottom teeth that makes flossing a nightmare when you are balancing work, parenthood and freetime but this makes it really easy. Still use normal flossing methods from time to time but this works... Just dont crank up the pressure too high, too fast, too soon. My only complaint is the lid doesnt like to stay on and the thing is freaking huge on my countertop

This does a good job, I prefer it to flossing. After a little practice it is much quicker too.

This Waterpik has a nice sized reservoir, several attachments and pressure levels. There's even a storage compartment in the lid for the extra attachments.

I love this water flosser. It gets all the gunk out of between my teeth and feels amazing. It also works great for getting stuck food out of between my childs braces and spacer.
