Posted .We are sorry that this happened. Running distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit and handle regularly, as recommended, will prevent the issue by breaking down any buildup that may be accumulating. Here is a link to our cleaning blog that has detailed cleaning instructions.

Cleaner Teeth

The old one was a combo unit and the battery on the electric toothbrush stopped holding a charge a couple of years ago. This has led me to conclude that I’m better off not having a combination unit.
