leaks water; messy

Rubber seal wears out very quickly and water leaks all over. Be careful you don't get electrocuted. Waterpik will send replacement rubber seal gaskets if you call them.

If the product is cleaned and maintained as recommended and additives that are unsafe for the product are not being used, the reservoir valve should not need replaced.
