      We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with the WP-100. The product is a motor-driven appliance, and as with other common household motor-driven appliances, some noise is normal.

    it’s pretty good but it leaks water a lot. The lid sometimes falls in the water basin too.

      Hello JayB - We are sorry you are unhappy with the product. We recommend that you start out on the lowest pressure setting that is most comfortable for you. You can adjust the pressure gradually as your gums become stronger. It is not necessarily a goal to use the product at the highest setting; however, our products are tested at number seven.
