Lasted less than a year

The on/off button stopped working. I soaked in vinegar which resolved the problem the first time, but thereafter it stopped working altogether. Replaced with a unit that has a superior switch design. It seems to be working much better.

Poor quality

The “pause” button kept sticking till it eventually permanently got stuck and I was forced to throw it away. Highly recommend getting the warranty for this one for sure. Totally regret it.

Great while it worked but not broken

Water hose defect!!!

disappointing product

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.unlike my earlier model this one is hard to use, you have to perfectly align the water container for it to work and it is difficult for it to start working. the model I got was a lemon, it splurted water all over the sink and made a mess. very disappointing as I had to return it.

Bad design and cheap build quality
