    This Waterpik works great for my rather unusual condition. I have partially erupted wisdom tooth with a large gum pocket around it. Food tends to get trapped in the pocket and I've had years of embarrassing bad breath. I've tried mouthwash, dental picks, dental syringes to try to deal with it - then I tried this. It works great. Since I got this a few months ago my bad breath problem has gone away.

    Useful to get in between brushes and flossing, I don't think you can replace flossing as you normally would with this however. Doesn't get every little piece of food, and if you've had teeth taken out before such as your wisdom, you'll know how difficult it is to get back there and take out pieces of food. This product helps, but does not replace flossing as mentioned.
