    I bought online a water pik, and of course this should be brand new, what I received was an old water pik that I can tell you it has months of use and I got it with the price of “Brand New”, the item was disgusting dirty and in bad condition. I returned to the store but I think that was the worst experience for me trying to buy something online, I couldn’t believe that best Buy could make this kind of mistakes. The funny thing is the box of the waterpik was perfect, like brand new.

    I use this at night to help floss my teeth before bed. It is a good unit, but I also floss the old fashioned way in the morning because this can't reach all of the spaces between my teeth.
