    Could never seem to get the right balance between pressure and quantity of water. Also, did not like the ‘hose’ retract mechanism. It is a pain to have to try and tuck it into that cubby hole then use two hands to snap the wand into place. Decided to return it (Thanks Best Buy, you were fantastic) and rebuild my 15 year old Hydro Floss.

    I purchased this to replace an older model WP100. The newer model is so much noisier than the older model it becomes irritating to use. The new model is also much lighter than the older model and just feels as if the product has been downgraded.
