Originally had ordered at another store and went to pick up but they did not have in stock. Hate going to another store and the email they send to cancel it shows up well after the email to pick up was sent. Never had that issue with Best Buy. The waterpik works great and comes with several style piks.

A bit bulky and a bit much to use after meals compared to the little floss sticks. Still not the products fault; it definitely gets the job done and does it well. Knocked one star off only because if you don't know how to use it or use it improperly it will leave a watery mess. P.S. We have also used this to clean jewelry (diamond rings, diamond earrings) and it worked great!
