      We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with the WP-100. The product is a motor-driven appliance, and as with other common household motor-driven appliances, some noise is normal.

    Was honestly super pleased initially with this item. Unfortunately, after using it once/twice daily for just barely over a month it completely stopped working for no reason whatsoever. Did love it while it worked, but what a waste of money for only a month of use.

    I wish that I would have picked a pic with a larger water tank because it needs to be refilled too often. It also sounds like an aggressive sprinkler.

    it’s pretty good but it leaks water a lot. The lid sometimes falls in the water basin too.
