Functional but breaking down.

There are two issues. One, the pause button gets stuck when I press it. And second, the water leaks at the base of the handle, where it connect to the water hose.

Posted .We are sorry to hear this is happening! It is important to remember that the reservoir needs to be emptied after each use as it is not intended to store water. Running distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit and handle regularly, as recommended, will prevent the issue by breaking down any buildup that may be accumulating. Hate it. Too loud

It's also too big to store in my bathroom because it's small and the cord is a problem. The cordless version may be a better option. It's too noisy. I don't like it and need to return it.

Leaks water

Small reservoir

Not worth time or money

I can sit there for 20 minutes using this and refill it multiple times and floss will still get more out

Easy flossing and cleaning waterpik

Good flossed that will yield good results if started immediately after a deep cleaning. The water splatters if we don’t hold the glosser in correct position. That’s a thing to watch
