    I bought this : Online OrderOrder NumberBBY01-805898473266 It lasted till May 2021 - the waterpik will nt turn on . The motor does not last. Ill be looking elsewhere for a replacement When it did work the unit worked well. But the top lid was a bit hard to get off to refill each time. other than that - when i worked it word very well.

    Worked great for a few months but then the hand held wand plugged up. The on/off button stopped working. I soaked in vinegar which resolved the problem the first time, but thereafter it stopped working altogether. Replaced with a unit that has a superior switch design. It seems to be working much better.

    Stopped working within only five months of using it. The “pause” button kept sticking till it eventually permanently got stuck and I was forced to throw it away. Highly recommend getting the warranty for this one for sure. Totally regret it.

    unlike my earlier model this one is hard to use, you have to perfectly align the water container for it to work and it is difficult for it to start working. the model I got was a lemon, it splurted water all over the sink and made a mess. very disappointing as I had to return it.
