Posted .Hello Rose - We are sorry you are having difficulty using the product. There is definitely a trick to it. We have found the best advice we can give is to place the flosser in your mouth prior to turning it on, then make sure you look down into your sink as you go; keep your mouth slightly open so water can drain into the sink. Difficult to use

Messy messy

It does remove food particles but not the extra clean feeling from flossing. Save your $40 and wait for an electronic flosser with real floss.

Very Poor Quality

Leaking Waterpik in a WEEK!

Can’t beat original dental floss
