I purchased this water flosser to help me keep my braces clean and perfect for that. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

In February 2015 I purchased a Waterpik Model WP-660. I used it mostly twice daily until December 2024 when the pump motor died. Up to that time there were no problems with the unit. I replaced it with a model WP-100. After about three months the plug in the tank of the new flosser began to leak. Waterpik sells two replacement plugs for $20 including shipping and tax and suggests replacing the plugs every three months. My experience shows Waterpik knows how to make a long lasting plug. The apparent planned obsolescence is an adequate reason not to buy this flosser or any other Waterpik product.

I liked the product. My dentist thought I did a good job of keeping my teeth clean last time I went in for a cleaning.

have a electric tooth brush though that was enough.flossing my teeth keep breaking floss used water pick and great.

reliable and it works great. You can feel your mouth and gums being clean without the use of brushing to much.

I've been using this same waterpik model for years and love it except for one big issue. The handle itself will develop mold inside after awhile.

It is messy, work good until out of warranty then stops. I have 2 of them. So just plan on replacing it after 2 to 3 years.

The product would be great if it were backed by a reputable company. I have used a waterpik since I had major dental surgery in 1965!!! I love it. But I am now switching to Philips Sonicare because I have found Waterpik does not stand by is products. I have a unit I purchased last September. Two weeks ago the switch on the handle stopped working and it could be turned on and off only from base unit. I requested a refund or replacement since the item was so new. First they made me go through time-consuming "troubleshooting" steps. Then their solution is to send me a new handle and hose which I, then, have to replace, even though I told them I did not want that. Any reputable company would realize that this is a lemon, apologize and ship out a new unit as quickly as possible. I am throwing a $97 unit in the trash and buying a Philips Sonicare. Avoid Waterpik as they refuse to stand by their product.

it's a very useful waterproof for those who could not use floss.

Great machine; it does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Wouldn’t want to do without it.

The motor noise is too loud, the water pipe does not come out, and the teeth are not clean.

I find this a bit cumbersome to use. Probably I would do better with a hand-held model.
