Excellent for OS drive

I know 1TB sounds small compared to todays massive drives, but when just the OS and main applications are on it, it is perfect for my use. Quite fast and has been reliable.

Great performance

Cuaght it before complete failure but could not clone operating system etc. but bought an external enclosure to run the old one and pull info off it as needed via USB cable.

Easy to install. I'd by them again. They were a comparably good price for the quality. I'll probably buy these WD Blacks from now on.

Fast and doesn’t freeze

So far it has kept the pc from getting a cirya and keeps the internal hard drive clean.

Fast and Loud.

I decided to go with this WD Black for a better warranty and speed. Yes it is much faster during search. However this thing is about 4 times louder. Almost to the point where it is annoying.

Works as good as a hard drive should

It works fine - BUT - All of my active drives are SSDs (Solid State Drive - Much more reasonable than they used to be - No moving parts - Almost "Instant" - Even for my LapTop computers).

Had this WD hard drive in for about 6 weeks now with no problems.
