Waste of money. If it’s an x/s series game. It has to be on the internal hard drive. This is nothing but a paper weight.

Hard Drive died in under 3 weeks. Bad sectors. Crystal Disk Info shows it as bad. Dont use it to storage anything important that you don't want to loose.

Tell your employees to STOP recommending this to people with the XBox X!! I went to the store to purchase the Xbox X edition while it was on sale and one of the employees convinced me OF ALL PEOPLE as much I know about electronics that this would be extremely better; LIES!!!!!! Please school the staff

It says usb 3.2 but upon opening the package it says usb 2.5. It is not compatible with the Xbox series x. Also you have to have a storage expansion card to download more new generation games so this is wrong.

Used this to store games for my Xbox x. Would definitely recommend if you have a lot of games. Load times are pretty decent too.

The 5 TB is good for the price but the download speed is extremely terrible I wish I would’ve known this before buying it on the flipside it came with the game pass so it almost even out

The drive itself is large but is too slow for newer games wish they would’ve said that before you buy it that it can’t run series x games

Good product works with my series X, can’t complain it does the job.

Item does connect to my Xbox series s, but there is one problem. It will not let me store or load games that are optimized for the series X/S. Essentially any game I put on there will not have the benefits of the newer Xbox systems.

Had to return. This came as an open box item. I ordered new. Product did not work. Be careful when you order from Best Buy...This was not their Best.

It's a bummer these external drive are not equipped to run games on Xbox series x. The console has been out for how long now. There's only a few externals that can run the game on the drive. This one can not

Recently bought a Series S and wanted a little more space. Upon plugging this in, I realized it can’t run games ‘optimized for X/S consoles’ on it, which was entirely my mistake, but the ability to have 5 terabytes of extra storage to have all the old games and some newer games is handy! Well worth the money!
