Must have. You think 1 TB is plenty. But you’ll need much more. This extra 2 TB expansion is awesome and it fits right into the PS5

Installed it in my ps5, got a excellent read speed.Installed spider man miles morales onto it and gameplay is smooth. Works as it should. Was expensive but worth it.

Definitely what you need to expand your gaming library without worrying about the lack of storage space. This 2TB works great!

I think it is the best heatsink ssd on the market. Thankfully Best Buy dropped this down to $315 (overnight - early morning) and was able to get it for $330 w/ taxes.

Purchase this SSD to extend the storage for my console. Was easy to install. One thing I want to note is that you actually get the 2TB, unlike the HDD.

The ssd is great, but there are a couple things that I did not know and had not seen in other reviews that must be considered other than the price still being pretty high on these. 1. Once I installed it and ran games of the ssd the Ps5 fans run, and the console is not as quiet as running games from the console ssd. 2. You can transfer games back and forth between the console storage and the ssd storage, but they are not combined as one drive. They are basically two separate drives.

Yes this is it! All in one for the PS5. I look at my options and went whit this. I get around 6500 MBP/s. With some game I see a little bit of boost.

Bought for my PS5 and couldn’t be anymore happier. Gives you lots of space and haven’t had any problem. And bought it when on sale so can’t complain :)

Used this ssd with a PS5 and it works perfectly and gives a needed boost to internal storage only thing is its a bit on the more expensive side.

I watched a how-to video which made installation easy . I transferred my games to it and haven’t had any problems.

This an absolute must addition for your ps5, with game installs becoming larger and larger, this is a no brainer.
