Super fast! Love it. Few questions though- Why don't these things come with screws? I had to order screws on Amazon before I could properly seat it. Also, what's the point of that teen-tiny LED? Just for fun I installed yet another RGB program (WD's) just to see if that microscopic flashing light was indeed configurable- and yep, it is. Although, you it is completely lost amongst anything else you might have going on in your system.

I now have more storage on my PS5 thanks to this. It does its job just how it's supposed to and hasn't given me any problems whatsoever. Easy to install and cheap. I just hope they continue going down in price as they have been over the past few couple months. Highly recommended.

I recently snagged this SDD to boost the memory on my PS5. Interestingly it has the same specs as the WD SN850P ( the one specifically for the PS5) but a lower price. The only issue I've run into is that now I get messages during gameplay that my PS5 is hot and I need to stip playing for a while, whereas before I could play much longer with no issues. I checked the fan and everything was clean and working properly, so I dont know what the issue is. The major downside is it comes up and I loose about 5 seconds of gameplay and miss dialog. I'm glad Im not playing Madden. That issue would be tragic.

Works for the PS5. Finally dropped the cash for more storage. Quick install and format. Got a speed read of 6533mb.

I had bought this piece of equipment for my ps5 and I must say it was very easy to install, the box came with instructions that I understood very clearly. Overall took about 5-8 min to install and after doing so I had a lot of storage space to download my favorite games and apps. It is quite pricey but good for long term

Exactly what I needed. Download/upload speeds are better than an external drive - exactly why I got it. I have plenty of space on my PS5 now. Very easy to install. Got it for an amazing price too

I've got to say, I'm over the moon about the WD SN850X 2TB Internal SSD PCIe Gen 4 x4 NVMe. This thing is a beast! The speed it brings to my computer is just mind-blowing – tasks are like a breeze now. And they even threw in a heatsink for PS5 and desktops – that's a nice touch. It's not just an upgrade; it's like a whole new level of joy for someone who spends a lot of time on their computer. WD really nailed it with this SSD.

Product is amazing! Bought for sons PS5. Got it just before it sold out again! If you can get this ssd buyit! Definitely worth it! As for ordering it and having it shipped to your house I would strongly recommend having it shipped to store!!! Fed Ex had mine dragging it all over for almost a week when it was supposed to be delivered in two days!!! If I was best buy I wouldnt use them! Fed ex is TERRIBLE in my opinion!

Great storage space especially for upcoming new games and cheaper alternative than the PS licensed one. Same company that manufactures the PS logo one. It’s actually pretty small the picture makes it look huge compared to the actual product lol

Hated running out of storage on my first PS5 so ended up just giving it to my son and played on PC more. Started missing some of things of the PS5 so decided to purchase another and was like i dont want to deal with storage issues again. Installed easy like i imagined it would, PS5 reconigized it on the first of the system, formatted quickly and coming up on over a week of playing games straight from the drive no issues, extremely fast PS5 showed speeds of over 6500 mbps

Have had the 850 for well over a year now and I can’t recommend it enough. Just bought the 850x to compliment it, and for extra space. Loads R6 siege in the matter of seconds. Extremely easy to install, just wish it came with a screw as my MOBO was apparently missing the second m.2 slots screw

Bought this to expand the storage of my PS5. Happy to say there have been no issues at all. The device is as fast as expected, and cost less than the officially licensed one (which is for all intents and purposes identical hardware). Also very easy to install into the PS5.

Guaranteed to work and it does. Simple to install. I know it can be nerve racking tacking your ps5 panel off but trust me, it’s simple. And this thing worked, plug and play literally lol. Now I have plenty of room and speeds are great. I know it’s a bit of a premium but it’s price of mind knowing that you don’t have to worry about it not being the right pcie or anything.

Great product. It was easy to install and was compatible to my ps5 Which was great. Once I turn the console back on it automatically applied the new space without any issues and still maintained speed.
