    It is a nice HDD and I like WD. I have been a computer and a former Geek Squad member and I love this hdd. I found that it has a 5 year warranty and have registered it.

    Hard drive seems fine so far. But when they re-installed some programs, they didn’t listen to what I wanted installed again and actually installed things I felt ruined the harddrive. Also, spelled my name wrong on my computer and I can’t seem to change it on my profile.

    I just bought this as a replacement for an old HDD, so reviewing THIS item is difficult when it hasn't been used much. BUT I can say that every time I have needed a new HDD over the years, I used Western Digital HDD's. & I haven't had any problems whatsoever.
