Good product. It did not work for the laptop I had.

I bought this drive because the capacity and price.

Well, I've had this new drive for a few weeks now and it's good!

This is all that is needed. Nothing more, nothing fancy. Makes the computer like new with beyond adequate storage.

Nothing special to say. Its a basic drive and works for a seconardy computer I was building. During the time of SSD's, probably make more sense to use one of them instead, but for the price, it did everything I wanted it to do.

Replacement for damaged hard drive. Has worked well, seems to be faster that the original drive. Highly recommend.

My old hard drive crashed and burned. The new hard drive was installed and has worked perfectly. Very pleased.

We buy a bunch of these drives for use in our business. They've worked great and we haven't had one return.

Out of the pkg the mouse on this computer was defective ,I have spnt hrs with Dell's tech who took control of the computer, but did not succeed in fixing it. By the time I realized that he couldn't fix it the return period with Best Buy had lapsed and I am holding a very frustrating computer. When i touch the mouse on the left I get an options window, it takes several touches in a remote area of the screen to get rid of the window. In order to get the mouse to work I have to use my finger nail on the extreme lower left of the mouse, which is often not successful. Often I have to punch the mouse repeatedly to get it to work. Also, the audio is raspy to the extent that the voice is not to be understood.
