Lots of space but SLOW!!!!! Honestly yopu are better off getting an SSD

I needed an upgrade. But customer service at store wasn't good so they first gave me wrong product so I had to go to another store to RTN and order over internet ehich wasted my time

I wanted to change the hard drive but it needs to be formatted and what the neck you know..... how is that supposed to happen if the laptop won't read it

I used my software warrranty which Best buy installed at no charge. So far my 7 year old computer works great. Savde me buying a whole new computer

Has this installed in our laptop. Laptop is still running. Kids used it for the online schooling.

Something is still wrong but I don't know what. The new hard drive works but in the same way my old one did before it died.

This idem was recommended by bestbuy after my 2 year old laptop crashed again. Will never buy al Dell again. It had a Toshiba hard drive in it

Bought this to change the harddrive in my laptop but not even a week of putting it in it started acting like I didn't have an operating system on it. So after taking apart my laptop and taking it out and about to reinstall windows 10 it desides to work. And then another week and a half later it did the same thing.

Ended up by default on picking up this and only hard drive they had for PC laptops. I had went online and viewed several they said they had at the local 2 stores. They checked and no other hard drives after calling and 2 persons saying yes they were several available. Totally disappointed in the service with a average slow hard drive. 5400 speed compare to 7600 speed on hard drives makes a large difference.

Stick with WD Black hard drive if your going to get a spinning hard drive. It is 7200 RPM Much faster than the 5600 RPM

The original hard drive that came with my sub- $300 ASUS laptop crashed. I couldn't afford an SSD, but I've read excellent reviews, and use other Western Digital products myself. Switching to this hard drive was worth the $65 price tag.

Works as intended. Has a lot of storage space for games and digital media.

I was able to swap out this internal Serial ATA hard drive fairly easily. Great use in my laptop. Low power consumption - quiet operation.

It doesn't stay connected to my laptop. The cord keeps detaching. I will buy a new one and see if that works.

The product wasn't what I was expecting. I was really in hopes of being able to just easily hook it up and go, but that was not the case.

Needed to add more space for gaming and it seems to be what he needed
