Even if this drive had cost just a little more, for how well it's worked for me it was well worth it. The only issue I had was finding an external enclosure for it that was inexpensive. I wound up buy one that was not quite inexpensive but works well. I am able to write small and large files quickly, the slowdown I experiance now is when transfering from my slow thumbdrives.

I purchased this harddrive to replace a corrupted one in my PS3. It worked great once it was formatted. It is still working great at this point.

When buying any product, one does not always end up with exactly what you requested. This product is exactly as it is listed, performs as it is listed and of course installed as it was listed. I would buy it again if the need arose.

You hope it never happens, then you get past the shock and decide to replace your dead hard drive. At least you know you can begin anew with this affordable hard drive. The Geek Squad installed mine. No problems so far!

I purchased this hard drive to install in my PS4. The installation was a breeze and I haven't had any problems with it yet (all hard drives go bad at some point). It's pretty quiet, and I haven't noticed my system getting too hot.

The geek squad agent recommended I install this hard drive and he was correct this hard drive runs smooth and quiet and not only that, the speed at which my laptop opporates has increased.

I have purchased a western digital blue scorpion drive before and it has lasted for a long time. Hopefully this item will do just as well. Only time will tell though.

Works perfectly in my PS4. My old hard drive was lagging, swapped it for this and the system works great!

These are my go-to drives. I've tried other brands when they've been on sale but overall Western Digital have given me the least amount of problems in the past 20 years that I've been installing hard drives.
