    Laptop froze. Geek squad got me appointment next morning. They evaluated and reported the damaged drive that required replacement. Explained pros and cons of available options. I then researched on my own. Best buy had the best price over competitors and repair was done within a day as part in stock. Amazing turn around and great service. First experience with geek squad and excellent.

    The disk drive is easy to use but the included software could use some instructions. Suppose to be included and it will NOT burn a disk until I purchase an upgrade. :(
