    My low rating on "EOU", comes not from the product itself, but the new phone system you've recently implemented. It is not efficient and had me on hold 2 separate times for over 30 minutes. I actually had to travel back to the store where my laptop was being fixed (which is outside of the city I live) just to answer one simple question that I should have been able to do, if I was simply able to call the store directly instead of going through some command call center.

    It's amazing how so little you can pay these days for this amount of storage. Definitely worth a purchase if you are looking for an upgrade or something external to host your files.

    Nothing fancy gets the job done for the price. It’s an cheap way to upgrade or replace ur old HD. Mine burned up so I had no choice but to buy a new one
