It was the only 2.5 inch drive offered in the store. It is ok, but was a little pricey for the size.

Purchased from local store for quick replacement of a client's failing internal hard drive. It worked well, and was a bit faster to access data than the old drive.

Great that is a option to buy separately due to most computers dont have cd/dvd slots anymore

It would have been nice to have replaced the failed hard drive with one at the same level. Mod 10 is not a very good one [XP was the best, Mod 8 was at least usable]. In the future I will question he offered configuration before buying.

I was up set that my daughters harddrive went after having her computer for 13 months. I had to replace her hard drive, or buy a new computer. So I went the cheaper route and replaced it. So far so good but we will see. Her last one only lasted 13 months.

My hard drive was failing on my second computer. Geek squad installed the new one and was able to transfer data. Computer now working fine

I use this drive quite often to replace the HDD in PS4 and Xbox One consoles. They work very well and I highly recommend it.

With the installation of this new hard drive, my system has been very quick in loading.

It would serve me better if Microsoft 10 was not such a pain in the PLACE were we set! I would be even better if the would stop changing or adding stops in the program or charging the public for every penny they can. REMEMBER WINDOWS 8888888888888888?

Nothing special needs to setup this drive in laptop with failing HD. took old one out and put this one in and then reinstalled OS and apps with out issues.

Made the computer like new again, Very fast and more memory than we will ever need. Geek Squad service and representatives were great.

This is the second 1TB hard drive I have had installed in both my laptops and they are Great. Never had problems out of the Ist one so went with the second by WD.

My computer needed a new hard drive so I took it to Geek Squad. They were able to give me a new hard drive with the exact one I had in my lap top.

This drive actually came as 512 bytes per sector so it worked seamlessly
