    The hard drive is perfect. the reason why I did not give it five stars. is that when I bought my laptop. I put full coverage and each time I use the geek squad lately. Stead of them fixing my laptop they kept breaking it. maybe it's just me But it just went in for a !!hard drive!! and all the sudden my window broke on it the handles broke on it and happen inside the shop in the Best Buy store! it's been almost 2 months and I haven't seen my laptop since then? They send it back to HP and hopefully something happens and I finally get my laptop or I guess I just buy a new one?

    Works great. Using it in my HP g7 Notebnook PC. Ihad upgraded to a 2TB but that was too big so I bought this. Computer has not failed to start one time yet since installing this. I would recommend it to anyone. And for the record I ONLY buy WD hard drives.

    This hard drive is one of the better ones I have found for the price. I put it into a 2010 MacBook in order to upgrade storage capacity and I’ve had not issues with it whatsoever. I would highly recommend as it also appears to be 7200rpm but isn’t listed on the box.
