Excellent product which was installed in the store and all data on the laptop transferred to the new hard drive.

I purchased this drive as a replacement for the factory HD that died. It has been working normally since I installed it almost a month ago.

I needed a new hard drive for my laptop. This worked properly, and was very easy to install. There were no problems installing Windows on it, and it gave me the space I needed for my files.

went in to get a replacement hard drive was going to pick the Toshiba as it was for a Toshiba laptop. Clerk recommended this one in its place. I took it home and installed it and have had no problems since. very happy

Hard drive failed on my laptop. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad for repair as I signed up for a 1 yeas service. They had me up and running in 3 days. My laptop works better than new!!

Good hard drive, easy to download the cloning software. Cloning old drive and reinstalling the new drive was a breeze. Had to call WD with a question, and they were great and extremely helpful.

I upgraded the hard drive on my PS4. Using the instructions from the Sony website it was pretty easy and I haven't had a single issue since making the swap.

To my dismay, I was told by Geek Squad my hard drive crashed and needed to be replaced. This is the product they installed as a replacement. I love the 1 TB and all is functioning well now.

I got this because it was on sale. I'm not a big fan of the kind that you push out, but this one kind of locks out with minimal effort. Easy to retract but stays in place when you insert into usb slot.

My hardrive was corrupt geek squad installed the new HD it’s working absolutely perfect was able to reinstall 3/4 of my information but none the less it was a great investment
