Since the GEEK SQUAD installed this new drive I have not had a bit of trouble. The squeak that I had since purchasing the computer new is gone.

Great Drive. I use it for my ps4, save games also can be use for Ps4 backup.

Thus far thus good. Easy to install and setup in the pc.

Got this hard drive for my wife laptop that stopped working, from 500gb to 1Tb works good and fast in transferring files.

Bought this when it was at a decent price for switching out the ps4's default drive. Everything works so far so I can't complain.

i mean what can i say, WD stands by their product and name, its a 1 TB hard drive, it was easy to install and start using.

This was a very easy upgrade for my laptop. I removed 4 screws and the old drive came out. The new one was just as easy to install. Now my laptop is alive again!

With hard drive prices dropping in price there is no reason not to select a brand name like WD. WD has a great reputation. Have bought many over the years.

hard drive on older laptop crashed, i bought this one in its place. got the windows 7 operating sys disk, downloaded nicely minus a few kinks, laptop is good as new.

Enough room to store files and easy to use, pricing was affordable

I upgraded my 250G G HD on an elitebook, by cloning the entire disk. It worked without any hick-up. The new disk is very quiet.

I needed more storage and this gave me the storage I needed with a minimum of hassle. There aren't many options in this form factor anymore for basic storage.

Receive unwanted error message at log in, Investigation, (Thank you HP Forum) enabled me to et proper answers, 'YOU NEED A NEW HARD DRIVE' oops, okay Contacted fixit people, they did an excellant job. Bck on line etc. again. Thank you Best Buy for haveing what I need in the store.

Always prefer western digital hard disc drives. They are my recommended brand.

This hard drive is exactly what I needed. The tech guys at Best Buy were very helpful as they worked with me to determine what would be best.

These are getting harder to find. Glad I got two from the local B.B. these do what they are supposed to do and are excellent replacements for consumer grade bought laptops from the big box stores. Comes with a 1 year warranty that I've never had an issue with should a drive fail. But remember... Back up your data! (Your Friendly Computer Guy.) :-)

Used this for a playstation fix! It worked amazing. I am not computer savvy and this was a very easy fix!

I didn't know what was was wrong with my computer when I brought it in to Best Buy. The problem was figured out quickly and an affordable solution was provided.

I purchased this to replace an existing laptop drive. Removed the old drive, took the mounting bracket off the old, put on this, and installed. Worked right out of the box, no issues.
