Great hard drive and easy to install. Price was great and lower than I expected it would be when my original hard drive crashed.

I had an empty external hard drive case and was looking for a reasonably priced hard drive to put in it. This drive fit the bill and has a lower 5400 RPM platter speed which should bode well for a long service life. When compared with the cost of an SSD with 1TB capacity this hard drive is much more reasonable. It comes with a two year warranty but in my experience with WD drives you won't use it. With care these drives are good for much longer. I have one WD drive pushing 10 years that I still use, though on an infrequent basis.

I bought this as a replacement drive for my Playstation 4 Pro, and it worked like a champ!

Geek squad just installed the Drive and so far it is working well. I will let you know if that changes. Geek squad choose and installed it.
